Any suggestion for safety? Please help (international with FA need)

I'm trying to decide on some safety schools (pretty last minute, I know) .. and frankly, being an international with low family income, i dont think i have any : (

This is my second time applying to colleges, last year I was waitlisted at Harvard then got rejected, and took a year off. I've been doing mainly 2 internships and volunteer works. Nothing big (like interning at UN or going to Africa to volunteer or something) but I spent like 40 hrs a week on them.
Anyways, that being said, here is my stat.

SAT: CR 680, M 770, W 770
SAT II: Math II 790, WH 710, Phys 710, Lit 670 (Retook WH and Lit in Dec, I don't think they'd be any better though XD)
TOEFL: 115 Didn't take ACT

GPA: 4.24 or something around that. two B+ in total, everything else A.
I came to the States during the 3rd quarter of my 9th grade and was in ESOL til my sophomore year. Took 2 AP's in Junior year, 5 in Senior... One B+ was in Bio (9th) and another was in AP Lit (12th).

EC: Not that horrible, not that exceptional... again, internships and volunteer works. I would say well-rounded, but I tend to continue things I started so I guess commitment is shown.

REC: last year, one was amazing, and another one was great. Sending in the really good one to the schools I'm applying to for the first time, and asked two other teachers for the schools that I'm reapplying. They all should be good. I hope : p

Essays: I don't really like my new ones (but then again, I'm never satisfied with my essays : p) but I will be reusing last year's essays for the newly added schools. And they were actually pretty good I think.

What else... No hooks or URM or first gen. Just low income. South Korean, too > I wish I were born in North or something, haha.
And again, in need of financial aid. I might be able to pay ~10,000, but I'm looking for a school that might offer me a full ride. As of now, pretty much every school I'm applying to are high-reach for me and especially with the result from last year... I'm just reallyyy worried. : ( Please help? Will greatly appreciate it!!!! Thank you.

There are no safeties for international students who need a lot of FA. That said, have you looked at the midwestern LACs? Asians are still URMs there and some of them spend a lot of money to bring international talent to their campuses.

Yeahh… that’s why I’m trying to apply to as many schools as I can. Can you give me a few names for such schools? : ) Thanks

What is your major?

There are schools that give big merit to int’ls with a 1400+ SAT, but many deadlines have passed (many had Dec 1st deadlines).

Is your 1450 M+CR from one sitting?

However, there are a few universities that might still give you full tuition (not free ride)…

LSU

Miss State

UA Huntsville (don’t worry about the priority dec 1 deadline…UAH ignores that pretty much)

This school is strong in engineering, sciences, pre-med, nursing, and business.

My best one sitting score was CR 680, M 770, and W 750. I’m undecided for the time being but I’m thinking either business or international relations… or sociology. I’ll look at the three schools you mentioned, thank you very much! : )
