Its alright i found the HST program right now. However it seems very selective. Do they fund international students?
What do undergrads do before applying for a HST program ?
"Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering (MEng)" is offered as an undergraduate course?
( dint find it in MIT courses list)

I don't personally know any internationals in the HST MD/PhD program, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. You might consider emailing the blogger Melis -- she's going to start the HST program after she's done with her Rhodes scholarship year.

If you're intending to get an MD/PhD, you are well-served by following the advice for pre-meds. Graduate programs are interested almost exclusively in research experience and letters of recommendation, so if you are competitive for top MD programs and have done substantial research in the process, you will be competitive for top MD/PhD programs as well. HST, incidentally, only technically admits students for an MD -- prospective MD/PhDs apply to a PhD program at Harvard or MIT during their second year of the MD program (though they're pretty sure to get in).

Information on the biomedical engineering MEng program can be found here.
