Any transfers?

I would like to transfer to Yale in my sophomore year
(for junior year in Yale)

Although my HS gpa and SAT scores during HS year is very bad,
(3.6/4.0, 1800) my college gpa got better (above 3.8) and
took one more SAT test(2150)

Do you think Yale concern about my HS gpa and SAT scores a lot?
And do you think it would mind if I send my SAT scores that I took
during my fr in college ?

SAT subject is not required right ? (I haven't seen anything in website)

LASTLY, Are there any requirements for transfer students? (pre requisite courses or so on)

Viable Yale transfer applicants are the best of the best in terms of collegiate achievement (4.0GPAs etc). They also tend to be students who are either already at a peer institution or turned down multiple offers from them as HS seniors. For example, the kid who is accepted by Yale but instead takes the full ride at the state school, excels there, but changes his mind and applies as a Yale transfer applicant.

The admit rate in the past is about 3%. Given all this, I don’t think Yale is a viable choice for you. Nonetheless, you seem to be doing very well in your current college. Best of luck to you at that.

You need to do some homework. Read the Transfer 101 sticky thread on the Transfer Students forum, read other threads on that forum as the question of how much HS grades and test scores count is a FAQ and look at past Results threads there to see the types of students that get into various colleges. Use the Search function for “transfer” on this forum and the rest of the individual college forums that you posted duplicate threads on.

You need to apply to schools beyond the very selective ones you’re asking about on your threads as most have extremely low transfer rates.
