Hi everyone,
I've been looking at Colorado Boulder for awhile now and am interested in the Architectural Engineering program. The only problem is the $50,000 a year because I'm out of state. I definitely can't afford that.
So I was wondering if there is any scholarships or grant or whatever so I can cut the price in half. I highly doubt there is but I thought I should ask.
Stats:
ACT: 29 SAT:1910
GPA 4.03 w 3.75 uw Eth: White
A lot of work experience (15-20 hours every week for the last year) but not many extracurriculars, clubs, etc.
Thanks

I’m a colorado resident, and other than getting in state tuition I don’t think I will get much aid.
But I know a lot of students at CU are out of state, and I read statistically that a fair amount of students get financial aid. I can’t give you any specifics on that, but you never know. I live 40 minutes from boulder and I had my heart set on going to Oregon, but that couldn’t happen, so I’m going to boulder now.

Thank you very much

Just re-read your stats, and after seeing your GPA and accessing their scholarship portal, I definitely think you could snag some scholarships.
Good luck! And you are welcome!
If you haven’t visited Boulder/Colorado before, I can tell you all about it.
Let me know!
