Any way to totally lock TI-89 apps and notes from deletion? And good luck to everyone!

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm angry off because every time I take the SAT, we're required to delete all our programs, including our notefolio notes (on which I have some stuff useful to the SAT). That's not fair! How can I get notefolio back? can I just download it from somewhere and USB it to my calc?

And what about locking? If you lock a program or text in the user defined or flash apps folders, can they still delete it using their quick delete sequence(like, they hit a few buttons and delete all user defined apps?) Any surefire way to secure files from deletion, like putting them is a system folder?

I don't think there's any rule that you can't bring two calculators. I could probably just pretend to bring one, have them erase it, and then switch it out for the other one later, right? I don't think anyone can get into trouble for that, or bringing two calcs.

And I don't think the proc will yell at you if ou have the calc out for English, right? I mean, I could tell her that I'm using it for checking the time. Just hide it behind the dude in front of me. Am I right?

And I need that notefolio for tomorrows test. Any help would be much appreciated!

they don't allow calculators during the cr/w sections

that would be pretty sweet though. I'd get a ti89 just for that >_>

i think you could get kicked out if you were pressing buttons on your TI during a cr section. i didn't know they made people clear calculators.

wow lol are you like my friend, putting a TI dictionary in ur 89 haha

yeah, we didnt have to delete our stuff.

as for having it out during the cr and writing sections, i dont think its going to happen. we had to put ours away, and the proctors were really strict about it. as for the time, i wasnt even allowed to have a real watch on my desk. so i doubt they would let you use the calculator.
