While filling out the supplement for Dartmouth, I realized that there is no supplement essay.
Since they can only see my common app essay, I am not able to appeal that I have interest in Dartmouth. I have not been to any info session or visited the college itself (money issue). Any idea to show them that I have interest in Dartmouth. Because there is no supplement essay, I predict that there are just going to be lots of kids applying there. Any ways to stand out???

Dartmouth doesn't care about demonstrated interest. An admissions officer stated in an info session that the fact that you apply means that you are interested. That is all they need.

oh ok thank you.
some people were scaring me by saying that Dartmouth counts info session or college visit as bonus points or sth.

Some schools do care... just not Dartmouth.

Agree. Don't sweat it...

ED is pretty much the only way to show major interest.
