<p>From what I’ve heard, UCs don’t offer admission if you already have bachelor’s degree (doesn’t matter from the US school or out of the country)! Did you indicate that you have a bachelor’s on your application? Or just said that you went to school somewhere else?</p>
<p>actually, for some programs they do. You just need a very compelling reason and an exceptional application.</p>
