Anybody else get this decision?

All but 50 dollars if you inform that you don't plan to attend by May 1st

ok thanks.

I thought it was 25, but it says 50 here, as you said:

D. REFUND POLICY/INITIAL SEMESTER

1) If written notice of decision not to be enrolled at Florida State University is received PRIOR to the official opening date of the residence halls, a refund of all fees paid will be made LESS:

• $50 if cancellation is received through May 1

• $75 if cancellation is received May 2 through July 1

• $100.00 if cancellation is received July 2 and prior to the official opening date of the residence halls.

2) After Official Opening Date: If written notification of withdrawal from the University is received in the housing office after official opening date and before Friday ending the first full week of classes, a 50% obligation of one semester housing fees will apply. No refunds or waiver of fees will be made after Friday ending the first full week of classes.

^^^New policies this year.

New Question:

I already have to pay an expensive deposit for my Fall housing.

When I get my Summer housing agreement, will I have to pay another expensive deposit for that nearly one-month term?

The summer deposit is $100. However it is all non-refundable.

All deposits are applied to your actual housing costs. And the summer housing deposit will not be due until Feb or later.

Thanks for the help guys!
