Im in norcal and no mail today. It started off with people thinking it was a good thing, and now everybody says ppl with it are getting rejections.... Any acceptances out there?? (can it maybe have something to do w/ what school you applied under...?)

i'm not sure. how come a lot of us didn't even get anything in the mail today here in california? i thought they were sending out everything yesterday. i guess they're sending out batches of rejections??? are they done with acceptances?

This is the question of the day. There are precious few acceptances by which any conclusions can be drawn. If the CC USC forum is to figure this out prior to Monday, it will be by comparing the stats of those who are acted upon vs. those unacted upon. We might be able to determine if the acted upon = rejected, if the SATS & GPA of the unacted look like acceptances, and the acted upon look like rejections.

My S is acted upon, and has GPA of 3.5 and 2240 SATS.

I'm acted upon and I have a 3.7 and 1870 sat's

acted upon, 3.55, 2250

acted on, 3.4, 2010

I dont think any particular decisions were sent at a time...i think the reason for those "precious acceptances" today is b/c they are precious in general. For days to come the vast majority will be getting rejections. 79% to be precise..sorry.

acted on, 3.5, 2290

Acted on, 4.00uw, 4.58w, 1760 SAT

ROFL

Acted on, 3.8 uw, 33 ACT, no SAT though.

4.0UW, 4.68W, 1850 SAT, and ranked 10/459.

150 Sat????

you guys have some really high stats. there's no way we could all have really been rejected rite??!! i have a 32 ACT and 3.7ish unw and 4.1 w gpa

chill everyone, priority mail can take 1-2 days. so if you didnt get your letter today monday or tuesday for sure. having said that there wont be very many more acceptances, so we better start looking at our #2's

Ooops. xD Sorry. 1850. xD

According to this link from the Princeton Review, a 32 and 33 ACT is equivalent to a 2130 and 2190 SAT, respectively.
