Anybody get their AP Euro scores?

I have no idea of what the curve could be this year so I was wondering if people who have already gotten their scores expected a score lower than what they got? I'm pretty tense/anxious/impatient lol.

I got my score - 3. What’d you get?

I got a 5. Shocked that I did.
MC was pretty stupid, skipped a few and guessed a few. A lot of it was either you knew it or you didn’t.

The DBQ was ridiculously easy, especially since it was from a later time period that we had covered in depth.
I was freaking out about the essays because I BS’ed by way through both of them. I did the one about Frederick the Great/Joseph II & the thing with the enlightenment, I think? I don’t even remember that well LOL.

For the first essay, I didn’t exactly remember what Frederick/Joseph did, but I remembered what they didn’t do. I made up what they did.

For the second one, I was going off pure bull, some common sense, and what little I remembered.

We had to test in one of the school gyms, and it got all hot in the afternoon. I kinda gave in halfway through the first essay.

jenni0z: I don’t know yet, I’m waiting for the mail, and I’m as anxious as can be!

annieface: I did the Frederick enlightenment one too, MC was pretty hard, surprisingly the DBQ was hard for me! Yeah, we tested in the auditorium on these desks made for elfs lol My paper barely fit on it, the AC messed up midway. It wasn’t the best day to test but there weren’t that many distractions. I hope I get a good number!

I got a 4 on the AP Euro test which is weird becuase I was pretty sure I was going to get a 5. I thought the MC was easy. The DBQ was easy. For the FRQs I picked the one about Enlightened monarchs and the one about the Thirty Years’ war. I think I BS’d the FRQs a little too much. Oh well, I did pretty good.

I did one on the scientific rev. or something and basically BS’d the whole thing. I don’t think I “acutally” even answered the question, which makes me scared out of my mind. But I have a question with the AP report does it give you the individual grades for the FRQ’s and DBQ?

LOL about the small desks.
We had long tables that were way spaced out and one person sat at each end.
There are these windows at the top of the gym that kind of channel the sun at a certain time of day.
And where I was sitting, the sun started getting in my eyes when I began on my second essay.
And we didn’t even have AC :frowning: The school’s too cheap. They turned on these loud fans, though I got used to them after a while.

Oh goodness, I would HATE that. During the middle of the test these two guys started making purring noises, at first everyone was so angry that we would have to cancel our scores or whatever but the proctor didn’t do anything, it was hilarious! Lol, the sun was in your eyes? Seems like you had bad testing conditions:(

I was pretty surprised that I got a 5. I slacked in the class but aced the tests and the like. I did read.

I studied hard the week before the exam and then took a break (as my teacher recommended we all do) the night before the exam.

I did Frederick/Joseph as well. I just said that Frederick fought for religious toleration as was advocated by Voltaire (and he was actually friends with Voltaire!) and such. I said Joseph emancipated the serfs and his bureaucracy somewhat separated the powers of government as advocated by Montesquieu.

I completely BSed the second essay with Galileo, Newton and Descartes, particularly with Newton. I don’t even remember what I wrote.

I thought I did well on the MC. I got a 5.

“I completely BSed the second essay with Galileo, Newton and Descartes, particularly with Newton. I don’t even remember what I wrote.”

If not remembering what you wrote means you BS’ed it, I BS’ed a LOT. X)
I just remembered Frederick did everything but free the serfs and Joseph did everything but it didn’t last. I made up the “everything” - religious toleration, everyone was equal under the law, etc.

5 here. mc was okay, dbq easy. i rocked my thirty years war essay, but was absolutely horrible for enlightened despots. i actually guessed that joseph was not enlightened. the only thing i could remember was that he was the son of maria theresa. it was that terrible. i couldn’t believe i got a 5 taking that essay into account.

oh, and i incorporated WHY SO SERIOUS and still got a 5!! woo!

yup got a 5…
it was a total surprise though so i was really happy!

dbq was really easy, it was stuff i actually knew about new imperialism haha
the first frq was a little weird for me cuz i did the enlightened rulers one and i couldnt really remember many details other than abolishing serfdom lol
the second frq was sooooo easy tho! i cud have done all three of them i was so annoyed…i chose the spain/netherlands one though

mc was decent, im never sure what i get on it because somehow i always make stupid mistakes
i think my dbq and second frq saved me

I got a 5 as well, but like the other 5-scorers, I was totally surprised.
I practically wasn’t positive about my answers to at least 20+ of the MC questions,
I didn’t even finish any of my essays,
and I completely made some stuff up about the fall of communism in East Germany
(although I tried to make it seem like analytical bs lol).

Because of all these random factors,
I was expecting a 3 and hoping to ge a 4 at most,
but when I saw that I got a 5, I was extremely happy to say the least. :]
(It seems like a lot of ppl got a 5 though… strange… :P)
