i need to decide between those two pretty soon, and i have no clue. anybody know anything that might help me out? just for the record, my choice won't be based on this entirely, but i want a fun school where finding good parties is easy. i'm thinking purdue for that, but then again the city of milwaukee is probably waaay more fun than west lafayette, yes? what is there to do there anyway?

What do you want to study? If business and engineering, you should go to Purdue. I will be enrolling at Purdue most likely and although the town of West Lafayette maybe boring but there are thousands of people your age on the campus, clubs and organizations of every different, movies, concerts etc. If you want, you can join a fraternity to find good parties. But if even then you are bored, you can go to Indianapolis (about a hour away) or Chicago (~2.5 hours away)

I am from Milwaukee! I am not going to Marquette, but it is in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee. The dorms and classes and all that stuff are interspersed thoughout the downtown area, which is nice if you want a city feel, and parties should be no problem. Downtown is MUCH fun, and you will always find some thing to do or somewhere to go. Marquette is an amazing school as well, and i think it is best in policital science/ pre-law stuff out of its other programs. I would visit both if I were you and stay the night once if possible. Only you can decide really.
