Ii am going to enroll for undecided (liberal arts and science course) too..

So if I give physics AP,then I will I get credits for it?Mostly I will, right since most LAC need one science[math/bio/chem/phy] subject to be taken by the students?

Also since I will get credits for physics in the 1st semester, then in the 2nd can I take up maths instead of continuing with physics?

You are confused and apparently have not looked at the grading policies nor AP policies at any school you are applying to or planning to attend. Each schools policy on APs is different and what do you mean by credit? Do you mean college GPA points and meeting a degree requirement or do you mean getting credit and thus being able to take a higher level course in a department?

" what do you mean by credit? Do you mean college GPA points and meeting a degree requirement or do you mean getting credit and thus being able to take a higher level course in a department?"

isnt that the same thing?
I basically wanted to know if I could take up physics for some time and then shift to maths?Would that make sense and help/deter the completion of courses required for any kind of major?

i will check up on the credit policies of the colleges I have applied to...

As hazmat said, it largely depends on your college...
If you went to Harvard, you would get nothing at all...
I go to the University of Rochester and I accumulated 24 credits towards graduation with APs... If I had gone somewhere else, I would of had 0 credits and just placement... It all depends..
