<p>The 2008 and 2009 are posted with a sticky, but there's no 2010 (and doesn't the 2011 come out soon?) And when you compare those 2, they are vastly different after the first 10. For example USC rises into the top 10 in 2009, while the 2008 list has it down below 25. RIT falls off the list altogether. Etc, etc. It's hard to know if it is measuring anything that is at all reliable or useful.</p>
