Golly youā€™re the starā€¦@ anunay

Can you give me suggestions on AP subject selections.
I had
Higher level Math, Economics, Physics

ā€¦if this helps

thanks in advance

Just do The Princeton Review practice tests and youā€™ll be fine.

@Anunay, congratulations on your 5s! I am actually a high school student in the US, and I think the best APs to self study for are the math/science ones. I took AP Calc, AP Stats, and AP chem last year, 5s on all of them. Biology may be a bit harder because itā€™s less application. Both the english lit and english lang tests are pretty easy to do well on, and thereā€™s not much preparation required, you just have to have a good repertoire of English literature for the essays.

@anunay
Really,you did a great job!

Everyone over here , I am about to start my class 12th in April 2013.I am very much interested in giving the ap exams for physics,maths and computer science.It would be great help if anyone can tell me what books did you study from and the strategy you used.How much time would it take to prepare for all of these.

Please replyā€¦(I want to start preparing as early as possible)

Alright, so this may be not very useful and pretty irrelevant. But Iā€™m actually taking AP classes at my high school on the US. Chemistry was incredibly easy. I doubt youā€™d take US History anyways, but that was difficult. Physics B is easy, while Physics C is more difficult. Mechanics is easier than electricity/magnetism. Calculus, provided you already have a basis, should be pretty simple to study for, especially if youā€™re taking the AB Test. Biology was ridiculously tough, and AP European History. English Literature is an easy 5 if you can write essays.

Iā€™ve also taken Music Theory, French, Psychology and Statistics, all of which were pretty simple. I got 5s on all of them except US History. Hope this helps.

Thanks, it certain helps. Do you think I should go out of my way to give these as my town doesnā€™t have a center ? I will barely have 20 days to prepare because of my 12th finals. We have one lousy paper left and have 15 days holiday for that x_x. Will giving AP significantly affect chances ?
