2nd Q starts up again on 1/7. They’ve probably been on reduced staffing levels and not answering the phone. As the deadline is tomorrow, they will hopefully be nearer to full capacity (minus the students).
I wasn’t expecting to get a reply on an e-mail I sent until after New Year’s but they replied on Monday. So I guess they are open already.
