I'm filling out the application but I notice the the New Brunswick Campus for Business is not there anymore. Does that mean it's filled up already?

You don't apply to the business school until junior year I think.

Admissions Process

* Direct Admission from High School: Offers of admission to Rutgers Business School’s Undergraduate–New Brunswick Program (RBSNB) will be made to high-achieving high school students. Students admitted directly from high school will be guided to complete all of the business eligibility requirements necessary to continue their studies. Since it is important for RBSNB students to maintain the high standards for which the program is noted, these direct-admit students will be required to maintain a minimum grade-point-average by the end of their sophomore year in order to continue to their junior year at the Rutgers Business School.
Admission from the School of Arts and Sciences: Students admitted into the Rutgers University School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) will have an opportunity to apply for an internal school-to-school transfer to RBSNB during the student’s sophomore year. The application period for this internal transfer will occur from November 1 through December 15 for entrance the following fall (the beginning of junior year). If all eligibility requirements have been met by the end of the sophomore year, SAS students will be able to transfer to RBSNB starting in their junior year.
Transfer Students (including Rutgers–Newark and Rutgers–Camden Students): Transfer students should obtain information about the separate admissions procedure by contacting the Dean's Office.
