Anybody with a 3.8 UC GPA apply to UC San Diego prior to this year?

I am trying to get a good guess of my chances of getting into UCSD based off of the decisions of other people with the same UC GPA.
Let’s pretend SAT/ACT, EC’s and Essays don’t count.
