<p>Well, the one i applied to was for only for U.S. students in 12 different regions around the country. I'm the Miami gold medallion- academic excellence. I didnt know they had HHYA for different countries, i thought it was only in the U.S.. The one im talking about has the website: <a href="http://www.hispanicawards.org%5B/url%5D">www.hispanicawards.org</a> . </p>

<p>Did you get accepted to Princeton? You think AA gave you the "extra" boost? I am hoping for it. :p</p>
<p>Yes! I'm a Princeton '09-er. </p>
<p>Nope, I dont think that AA really gave me much of an advantage over anyone else. I worked my butt off, and I really think I would have been accepted even if I wasn't a minority (don't mean that in an arrogant way, just stating what I believe to be the truth). </p>
<p>Look at the private post I sent you about the HHYA stuff. </p>
