Hey...i am considering applying for HPME (honors program in medical education). I know that the SATII Chem test is required; is it ok if i take it my senior year (late senior year)? i decided i would go for this program just a few weeks ago, and there is no way i can teach myself chem in a few weeks. i was planning on studying over the summer, since my school doesn't offer ap chem...but anyways, can i take it late next year, as a senior, or do they want the score with the application (regular decision)? thanks for any help.
also, for those who got accepted, first congrats! i read that only fifty or so get accepted, out of like a thousand or more. is this a really really really hard thing to get into? i really need to be realistic - if i can't get in to HPME, i want to apply early decision to NU. so please give me some advice. and if you got accepted, can you please give me your scores and other stuff so i can compare myself. thanks a million.
