<p>What made me call is that I had "the admissions committee is working to render your decision as quickly as possible" on my status page for over a week. Today I recieved a letter saying I was deferred. UW 3.7 GPA 1200/1600 SAT... I don't think I will follow up with it because you may not find out until as late at April for a decision.</p>
<p>They had all my stuff since late September except for my counselor recommendation stuff which wasn't sent out till about a week ago. I thought I was going to have to wait until the end of November to find out but I checked on Tuesday and I was ACCEPTED! No idea of what kind of scholarship I might get. Maybe none or some sort of small one, I think. I showed a lot of interest by signing up for their info sessions, responding to their letters (I got a free baseball cap!) and calling their admissions office about a bajillion times. Anyways..</p>
