anyone applied past the deadline but your app still got accepted?? i applied to a cal state @ 12:30 AM Dec 1 and my app got accepted. but im scared that they will reject it because its already past the deadline(NOV 30). anyone know of this situation? are they goin to reject it because its too late or they will accept it even though its just a couple minutes late? THANKS in advance!

i'm in the same situation.

and i am nervous too.

they should refund the application fee if they reject it right?

I thought Nov.30 was just the priority date for CSUs. I hear for some they keep accepting till March like SJSU

Yeah only certain CSUs let you submit apps after the Nov.30 deadline. The main ones like Cal Poly, SDSU, CSULB are only Nov.30.

It's clearly stated everywhere that application fees are non-refundable.

Why would you wait that long?

if the deadline falls on a weekend most people give you till monday night

According to an email, my friend got from Upenn, colleges accept apps even days after the Early deadline......

i submitted mine in 5:00AM. i kept delaying to send it off to ensure everything was perfect. and when i decided to close my eyes for a second on the chair, next thing I know its 8 in the morning. (I'm OOS from far east. 3 hr time lag)

Why do you people wait until the last possible minute to submit your app?! That's one thing (out of many) that I have yet to figure out about the CC community.

"It's clearly stated everywhere that application fees are non-refundable."

Wrong. From UC Website:

If you apply after the filing period to a campus that is no longer accepting applications, the UC Undergraduate Application Processing Service will notify you by mail that your application will not be forwarded to the campus. You may receive a full or partial refund of the application fee.
