Anyone applying to Richmond RD?

Anyone applying to Richmond RD? I'm from the north, I visited the campus a few times, it's really beautiful. I know it has a good reputation, how selective is it?

I have a 3.85 weighted
1320 SAT I
SAT II 780 writing 600 math?

Any ideas about my chances for rd?

no idea about your chances, but I too am applyng RD

4.0 w
1530
800 spanish, 740 math IIC, 730 physics. do they specifically ask for writing, or just take top 3? my writing was 720.

the real clincher, howeer, were my PSATs. I got national hispanic recognition, so I was offered 1/2 tuition, which, if I end up going, will be the reason.

Me too

3.4 uw, 5 ap's and 5 honors
1450 710v 740m, I am a national merit semi finalist as well
Horrible SAT 2's, not even gonna list them
Great EC's, Great Rec and Good Essay

yes kit, they ask for writing specifically, so you have to drop physics I guess

I put all, so they can look at whichever they'd like. There's very little difference between the two anyway.

I'm applying from NY. I absolutely love the school, but I definitely need them to give me some money in order for me to go there.

sweet another person! welcome to our 5 person forum lol

I'm applying from CT. Scores are low but GPA is sick so I'm hoping to get some good news in April. Best of luck to you guys!

Let's try to keep this forum going. I really don't want to wait until April 1st.

well why doesnt everyone say what they would major in, or at least what school they want to attedn (arts % sciences, robins school of business, jepson school of leadership)

I am interested in business, but I don't know what I want to major in yet. I don't take business classes at my school, because they are absolutely horrendous. Richmond seems like it has a solid business program for undergrad.

yeah i definitely wanna do either business or leadership, considering its like their specialty. I like a leadership degree can take you so far in the business world, every company needs great leadership, and if i get a law degree to go with that I think I can do anything I want

i'm applying to richmond rd decision as well. it seems like a nice school. who here applied for the university scholars program?

I thought about it but since today was the deadline and couldnt asnwer prompt number two for the essay I won't, anyways I am a hopeful national merit finalist so i should get half tuition anyway, being my first choice school. becoming a scholar would have just been a bonus

I applied for Univ Honors, prob wont get anything cuz of SAT scores but I'm still hopeful. I'm interested in International Business/Studies and Spanish.

thats cool juice, what are your stats

thejuiceisback - whereabouts in CT? I'm on the southern coast, near Fairfield.

I'm from Simsbury. I go to Westminster School if that rings a bell.
I got 1270 SAT I, 690 writing, 660 math 2c, 800 spanish. GPA=4.0 uw. most rigorous curric.
lots of sick extracurriculars. not much else to be said really.

Hey I applied RD too
quickly my stats are
1380 sats (710m, 670v) Sat IIs 580 american history, 630 Math IIC, 660 writting (these are pretty bad in my opinion...oh well)

3 other aps this year (english, Calculus BC, euro history, my school only offers the 4 aps i have taken
taking the heardest possible schedule at my school- it doesn't rank
3.83/4.0 unwieght
