Anyone at Rockland Community College?

<p>I'm an international student with an interest in art and theatre, and want to major in either one after transferring into a 4-year university. I also really want to study in New York City but none of the CUNY cc's in NYC seem to be as academically rigorous as Rockland (Rockland seems to have a history of sending transfers to Ivy leagues). </p>

<p>Are there anyone who are currently at Rockland who could comment on the art or theatre courses they offer (i.e. how's the teaching?). And how far is Suffern from NYC? An hour train ride? What is the campus atmosphere like? Are there quite a lot of internationals? And what is Suffern like in general?</p>
