I was accepted to whittier w/ a $14,000 scholarship. I'm still not sure about the college yet, and I'm going to visit soon. anyone applied? or does anyone have any info?</p>

<p>My name is Taylor too. I was offered $17,000 in the form of the John G Whittier merit scholarship, which makes the school very affordable. I did visit in April 2008. Its a very nice looking school, and everyone seemed friendly; though students were on spring break. The cafeteria was a tent because the real facility was under construction, hopefully its completed by now.</p>
<p>I have a couple friends that go there and seem to like it.</p>
