<p>I got deferred in february, and haven't heard since then. I'm growing extremely anxious, after recieving a rejection from another of my top choices. umich is my NUMBER ONE choice, so this wait is killing me =(</p>
<p>has anyone who has gotten deferred heard from them yet? if so, what were the results? anybody know the usual acceptance rate after deferral? this is so agonizing...don't want to sound selfish but i wish people who know they aren't going to umich would send in their denial of admission so i might have a chance =(</p>
<p>same here, nirvana. i'm actually quite annoyed at michigan... i know i shouldn't be, but really, i applied to umich in early december and still haven't been given a final decision. it's the ONE school i'm waiting for, and it's my top choice.</p>
<p>i know of one person who has received an acceptance letter after a deferral- but nobody else. this really IS agonizing.</p>
<p>april 15th is a bit far. i wish there was a way to check online. i have other schools to notify of withdrawal or acceptance, you know. and everything is put on hold b/c of UM right now.</p>
