<p>I’m attempting to apply as a junior transfer student to UCB, UCD, UCI, UCLA, and maybe Cal Poly SLO for EE or EECS.</p>
<p>Regarding major descriptions, is Computer Science and Engineering at UCD similar to Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UCB?
I would think UCD computer engineering would be closer to UCB EECS.
Though I wonder what CSE majors at Davis study? Software engineering? Hardware engineering? Is it closer to computer science or electrical?</p>
<p>Another question is whether the EE program at Davis is good?
If I get accepted to the other colleges I would need to move, while Davis is nearby and Berkeley is the next closest.</p>
