Anyone doing

i was brought up christian but I have nothing against gay people. Besides More guys turn gay the more girls there are for me

Nor do I, just homosexuality.

I'll bet all homosexuals "join up" because they just arn't happy when people arn't insulting them, threatening their lives and trying to "convert" them. Because if I had that choice, I know I wouldn't hesitate!

With all the hatred in the world, its a wonder anyone is different, peoples choices (even if as above stated, they arn't choices) makes someone different. They don't makes someone inhuman. How is it possible that people can think to protect their own rights by limiting that of others?

Mariage for example: In my mind, there are two definitions, one is the Christian Marriage, and the other is a government marriage. One has to do with holy matrimony and bonds and never leaving the person to whom you are married and ****, the other has to do with tax write-offs, living together, and in reality just being happy together.

Christian churches don't have to accept gay marriage, probably never will, but there is no reason the government shouldn't.

Homosexuality is not a choice. I know this and you all know this because you know that whatever orientation you are, you were born with this preference and didnt decide one day what gender you like. If you're straight, you cant be converted to be gay no matter how the matter is portrayed on tv or by conservatives. And vice versa. what the hell is this day of truth supposed to do - change gays? well, its not possible. and even if it were u still shouldnt try to change them. i dont care what the Bible says. The Bible was written A LONG TIME ago and many dont believe in it anyway. When the Bible was written slaves were A ok and women weren;t equal. we've come a long way. The Day of Truth is the most disgusting thing I've ever heard.

I am pretty sure homosexuality is a matter of choice. This gay gene demagoguery lacks any real factual basis.

its nottt a matter of choice. they dont choose to live this lifestyle where they are a pariah to society and are treated terribly. do you, wicked, choose to be straight? if being gay were the norm rather than straight (JUST IF!) would u be able to choose to be gay? no. if u think its a choice, you are mistaken and thats that.

...And repeating yourself doesn't change anything. Until there is a definitive study on this 'gay gene', you can ramble about this all you want.

im trying to ramble to you some common sense...which clearly u dont want to hear so im going to stop because u wont change ur mind.

I would change my mind if you would care to show some concrete evidence.

im not a scientist. its obvious tho. did u respond to my question either? can u control what gender ur sexually attracted to?

"can u control what gender ur sexually attracted to?"

Straight men in prison have to suppress their primarily woman-preferring instincts.

Can you erect a strawman?

heybucs, they still are naturally attracted to women though. they may act sexually towardsss other men but they still are sexually attracted to women foremost.

"And I like how everyone in that video was white. It definitely appeals to a wide audience."

Are you one of those black people who complain about how blacks don't get enough rights and America is so racist?

You sound like you are.

Jonathan K, are you 12 or 13? Have you hit puberty yet? Are you going through that stage where you'll say anything just for the shock value it may have? Or do you just plain not like black people? Have you ever met a black person? Talked to one?

r u one of the seventh graders who goes on to high school forums and act condescending to those who are older and wiser and have surpassed puberty.

you sound like you are.

and there were only white people in that video. kind of leaves about some demographics - nothing wrong with pointing it out.

Only 12% of the US population is black. So what if there aren't black people in the video? People don't say, "Why are there so many black people in Detroit?" Or Washington? Or Houston? etc.

I don't understand why white people are afraid to ask those questions when black people complain, "OMG! IN THAT VIDEO THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 50 BLACK PEOPLE! THAT IS SO RACIST!"

I'm not saying all black people do this. Just some.

And yes, I have hit puberty. And yes, again, I talk to a member on CC who happens to be black. In fifth grade one of my best friends was black.

i love how people always try to justify comments about race by asserting that they know a black person. who cares if you had a friend in fifth grade that was black, or that you talk to a black person on CC. that doesn't make you sound less racially charged...

heybucs asked me if I knew any black people. So I told him.

I'm not racist. I just state the truth.

i think the bigger issue at play is that the video is not racially diverse at all. no minorities, including blacks, hispanics, or asians, were shown. and, they make up more than the quarter of the country...
