only part of that is true... blacks do not commit more crime, their crime is just more readily publicized. they don't have premature sex more, they have unsafe sex more.</p>

Its just not safe to stick with facts in a liberal college forum. And just to clarify, poverty doesn't cause crime. That has to be one of the biggest myths, along with the easter bunny, religion, global warming, and affirmative action.</p>
