<p>My question lies in my title. Anyone else out there considering BHP and Wharton. Or, any opinions on the topic?</p>
<p>There is a thread on this exact subject somewhere. Someone was making this choice last year. I believe they chose Wharton. Given that you are in state, BHP would provide the better return on investment but you should do quite well regardless.</p>
