I’m trying to determine if I am the only one not having much luck talking directly to my son’s FA officer. My son was accepted EA for 2008. Since that time, I have only spoken once to his person. I have left several voicemails, emails etc. w/no answer. When I phone, I am always told I need to speak only to that specific person. Everyone is always very pleasant, but then I get directed to voice mail, and as I said, I am not responded to. Anyone else??

Who do you have? Most of the FA I needed to get into contact with usually replied within 2-3 days.

FA officers are usually swarmed with works around this time of year. Not only do they have to process the thousands of students who got in, but also renewals of current students from this year as well. Of course, that is still no excuse to shun people as long as that. I hope you don't have Yvonne, she never replied to my emails freshman year.

His name is John. The one time I did speak with him he was very nice and informative. I am just getting nervous now. I do understand how busy they are, and I think I've been very patient. Hopefully someone here will have some advice. I don't want to "go over his head", because many times, that can make things worse!
