JC is a stupid website... if you enjoy the dumb banter go back to high school!
anyone with me?

I think we parents do not know what juicy campus is...

I skimmed it and was really disgusted by the low level of commentary. I think it's creepy.

Hey, I'm all for free speech, but JC is out of control. Horrible stuff.
Should be some way to put a stop to it...I know NJ was working on it.

I thought it was pretty interesting...

IIRC, at least one states attorney is looking into filing suit against JC. There is a backlash on some campuses against the site, as all the posts are anonymous, not verified by anyone, and many times untrue. The site is used by students to smear other students.

Just as bad are the "Confessional" websites that exist for 11 colleges. Here's one article about these (Fuzzier, More Intimate Online Controversy :: Inside Higher Ed :: Higher Education's Source for News, Views and Jobs) which has a link to another article about Juicy Campus. And this (Anonymity and its Discontents Just TV) is a blog from a professor at Middlebury describing how the Confessional has affected that campus.

Yuck.

Looks pretty stupid. My kids colleges have no rumors - I wonder if that's a sign of the kids intelligence!
