Anyone else have a job?

Hey everyone! I'm a high school senior and I've been working for the past three years. I was just wondering how many of us work during high school, whether it's during the summer/year-round, etc.

So, do you work? What do you do? :D I'm a lifeguard in the summer and fall as an official job, but then used to manage/do contract law work for/do marketing work for a few youtube channels (500k+ subscribers, 20-40 million+ total views, 40+ hours a week, a bit more than a standard hobby!)

I’ve worked at McDonald’s since June 2012. (Exclusively in the back of the store…I’ve never made French fries or dealt with customers. We don’t flip burgers; the grill cooks both sides at once.)
I applied to a lot of places but they were the only one that called me back. In the first summer I worked maybe ten hours a week, but now they only give me like five hours on the weekends. :frowning:
I hope to get some kind of tutoring job in college.

I work at hollister for about 15 hours a week (year-round) dealing with disgruntled customers and asking if they want me to do a size check for their jeans. Clearly really exciting stuff. I also accept commissions for artwork as a side hobby to make that extra cashmoney

I’m a high school senior too! I got a job offer for this fitness club a couple days ago, but I turned it down because I was kinda bitter that they had taken EIGHT MONTHS to get back to me. But if I could choose a “dream” job that was also attainable, I would definitely be working at the toy store in the local mall. They have the coolest gizmos ever! B-) (wow, some of these emoticons)

How did you land a job for a youtuber? That would be so cool!!!

I work only in the summer, when I actually have time…
I worked at a fastfood place in my town. I was a waiter. Then I found this other job as a artist for a hospital doing an art business. I sold pieces to them at low $, and they sold to people buying-fundraising really, but I get paid, which is nice.
