Anyone else having problems uploading a Word document?

<p>AHHHH!</p>

<p>5:26 pacific time, starting to freak out about the site not working…</p>

<p>Everytime I try to upload my resume on to the online site, an error box comes up and says its not working. My file isn’t too big and it is a .doc file. I’ve contacted customer support but they said it might take a business day to reply. And it’s freakin Jan 1. Holiday. Crap. Anyone have any ideas?</p>

<p>I had this problem with firefox, I used IE6 and it worked.</p>
