Anyone else having trouble registering/paying for the September 8 2018 ACT test?

Have been trying since yesterday and can’t get the ACT website to accept payment. Tried calling a bunch of times and they won’t even put me in the queue because there are so many people calling.

Does anyone know if ACT will extend the deadline for registration if you can’t because of their website?

Yes, apparently a LOT of people are in the same position. No word on whether they will extend the deadline. See their page on FB.
