Anyone else interview at NEOUCOM this weekend?

I don't too much about how YSU and Kent house their BS/MD students, so I can't answer your first question. However, I can answer your second one. Go here to see the curriculum. Go here for elective info.

Can you please inform why you choose YSU as your first choice? I am also interested in NEOUCOM and I am not sure about my choice.

thanks central. i'm pleasantly surprised by the courseload. when i went to that open house thing when they talked about the courseload, the lady was saying how when she was in college, she took like 15 or 16 credits and it was the hardest sem. of her life, and bs mds will take 18-21 per semester.
but 4 or 5 classes per sem really doesnt seem that bad at all.

krushi, i picked ysu because i like the campus the best. it's smaller than ua and kent. i liked the housing at ysu. plus, its the farthest from my house :)

got in!!!!!!! ksu here i come (if i dont get any other combined med...)

im from illinois. anyone here from illinois or remember meeting someone at the interviews from illinois? lol

shatender, what other bs/md programs did you apply to?

Hey, I am applying to NEOUCOM regular decision and I was wondering if any of you could post some of the questions that you were asked during the interview! Thanks!

^You should get a list if you are offered an interview. There really isn't a point to practicing if you don't get an offer.

Well, I feel confident that I should recieve an interview, at least after having analyzed the statistics posted on the website

And Central Perky? Do you go to NEOUCOM?

^No, I do not. I have a very close relative who attends. I applied a few years back and interviewed with them, but I attend a different program right now.

central perky--what program do u currently attend?

i applied to uic gppa, case ppsp, brown plme, gwu, and those are the programs id consider over NEOUCOM if admitted.

anyone on this thread at NEOUCOM? please pm me id appreciate any insight you have!

any of you guys on facebook? there's a budding NEOUCOM '14 group that's been created, but it only has two members (me and one other person), so join if you guys feel so inclined

I'm not sure if this NEOUCOM thread is dead, but I was wondering if all the interview letters came on the same day? I've only gotten one so far.

This is kind of a random question, but what did you guys actually wear to your Neoucom interviews?

I was reading up on some suggestions for medical school interviews, and some web sites suggested suits, for women and men, while others said "something clean, conservative, and professional".

I'm so confused...

a little off topic but do they prefer OOS or in state
and can some of you post your stats..........

Im pretty sure that in staters have a definite advantage with neoucom... but they do take some out of staters

Last year, I think only two or three people out of the entire class were OOS.
