Anyone else NOT get their decision yet?

So obviously a lot of USC applicants have gotten their decision... but I haven't. I live in NJ. I've been getting mailings about financial aid ("make sure you submit your financial aid forms!" etc.), but I haven't gotten my decision letter. On the application status check, it says they are reading/reviewing my application. Is this a good/bad sign, or does it even matter (I've heard that some colleges- Carnegie Mellon and Pomona, for example- may send out acceptance letters earlier than rejection letters)? Has anyone else NOT gotten their decision from USC yet?

I haven’t got mine yet and I live in California

i have lots of friends at my school that havent received theirs.

usc sends out decisions in waves. i think people in california got another wave of decisions today, but if you’re OOS, you’ll just have to wait.

so if i live in socal (LA area) and didn’t receive an acceptance today, does that mean i got rejected? or are they still going to send acceptances later?

yeah i am with you confused larry. i really hope it d oesnt meant i got rejected. whats OOS?

OOS = Out of state.

I’m in OC, CA and have not gotten in. Idk what is going on…

yeah im right with you im so bummed out! like i dont want to go to school tommorow haha im still hoping though

france has not received notice yet either.

I’m over in Texas, waiting anxiously. Did get two or three letters about financial aid documents, “Send them in” blah blah blah. 'Bout gave me heart attacks. Do they hold letters till April 1st or what??

Nothing received here in CT.

how about you guys post your stats to compare with those who’s alraedy been accepted?

Hello…
All of you need to take a deep breath and calm down a bit. The huge numbers of acceptance packets will not be sent out until near the end of March. I spoke with an admissions assistant director yesterday from one of the schools. That is what she told me.
Remember over 35,500 applied and the seniors on CC are only a very small percentage of that group. At least from the students who post here I have seen no acceptances from the School of Fine Arts, School of Gerontology, School of Theatre or the Annenberg School of Communication.

I haven’t received anything.

Thank you, Georgia Girl.

nagooya, I will be really surprised if you don’t get in. Your stats look good. Hang in there.

Nothing here in ontario canada

I just got mine acceptance pacakge today. I’m in NJ!

I’m just freaking out since a lot of my friends have gotten in and I haven’t… I feel like the odd man out. :frowning: But thanks for your thoughts :)
