I'm starting to feel like I am the only one who hasn't received a score report for the April 23rd ACT. Everyone at my school that I have talked to has received it both online and in the mail. I sent ACT an email but just got the most generic message saying "score reports are not posted online until after they are mailed", which didn't answer my questions (if my score had gotten lost or voided for some reason). Anyone else missing their score reports?

Try calling them?

I haven't called them mostly because it says they cannot reveal ACT scores through the phone but also I heard you get charged (is this correct?) and I don't want to have to pay to receive the same generic response that I got through email.

I'm only impatient because I'm taking it again this Saturday, and it would suck to go in without knowing what I got on the test 2 months earlier

I don't know if they charge or not, if it's long distance, it might be. If it's a toll-free number, it should be, well, free. I think a couple of dollars (at the most) might be worth it just to talk to someone in person and alert them that they're messing up with your scores. At least they're "hearing" you. (Not necessarily having them tell you you scores, but having them try and mail or put your scores online.)

You don't want to retake a 36!

There is a charge to order extra score reports over the phone instead of online. Either way, the score reports come in the mail: they will not tell you over the phone.

It still might be worth calling them, as they may be able to tell you if your test has been processed and make sure they have your right address and things like that.

Thanks a bunch for the help. I'll try calling tonight and asking if my registration matches my address and whatnot.
