Got the same message also. I noticed it was very sluggish to log in this morning. I think there is a system issue.
Me too and I was thinking it was a promising sign. But quickly checked this site to see if we were just one of many with a server issue…still hoping former!

I just checked and looks like it is back up. Went from the Nittany Lion picture this AM with error message back to Old Main with the “under review” status. Possibly just down this AM.
I just had a successful login. Only to find the same stuff that’s been there the last 5,000 times I’ve checked. 
I applied as a transfer for spring 2019 and I can’t stop checking even though I know there won’t be anything until December. :((
