On the site it says if your stuff is not on by today, give them a call...anyway, just wondering if anyone else is still missing stuff. My counselor said he said it out a couple weeks ago, but its still not updated.

bump..i am

my transcript is also not listed...i called anyway...they said big backlog..wait until nov 15

I havnt received my PIN yet, I'm not complaining. Everyone should just take it easy... we did our work.

they didn't receive one of my recs

everything has been sent, and it only acknowledges sat scores, common app, and 1 rec.

do intls have a longer delay than u.s students???

mine's not on yet--they definitely got sent weeks ago.

I noticed it takes about 2 weeks between mailing and placement on website. Therefore, by MONDAY or TUESDAY at the latest, everything should be in. If it is, then your file is sent to the actual college you applied to. What sucks is that they wont send it unless everything is there. Now, if there are still unchecked things on Tuesday afternoon, i suggest calling. They dont work on weekends so give them Monday to sort things out finally. If Tuesday rolls around and its still unchecked, i strongly urge you to call them. Thats what i did, but yesterday :)

Will the website say when an application file has been sent to the college applied for?

What if everything is in except for a November Sat II? Will they hold the application and not send it to the college until the Nov. SAT II scores come in from the college board?

Has anyone who is waiting for their Nov SAT I or II scores had their application sent to the college they applied to already?

Question 1 - The website wont say when it was sent over, im guessing.

Question 2- I have the same circumstance, and im sure they wont wait until after Nov 21 to get that one score, since sending the score takes 2 weeks plus that 21st date. So it wont make sense. They wont wait. You wont know if the file is sent, unless you call and ask them.

Thanks.

I hope they don't wait until the Novenber scores com through to post - if they do, how could they possibly have enough time to review the application before decisions come out.

In any case, please post if the application status system says your application has been sent to the college you applied to for review.

For November scores...my guess is that they'll review your application w/ your current stuff and decide whether or not November SAT IIs or improvements in your SAT I would make a difference in your decision...if they decide that right now, you need a little extra boost (which that score may be) to get you in, then they probably put it in one pile, if they decide that your scores won't matter they'll either put it in the accept or reject pile. That way, right when the November scores come (I don't think it takes two weeks...I'm pretty certain Cornell can get your scores online before the official mail report comes), they can pull out the pile where they could make a difference and make final decisions on them.

That sounds like a reasonable way for Cornell to approach it.
