Anyone else think they have prosopagnosia?

I did surprisingly well on the identifying facial expressions test... whenever I take tests like that, I feel like I'm just guessing and have no idea, but then I end up doing well.

on the new test, apparently i'm very bad a judging gender but better than average on emotion. I think it was probably luck since everything was whizzing by so fast....

Hahah yeah, same. I mean, I was slightly below average on gender.

I dunno if it's luck or, like, instinct.

97% on the unfamiliar
93% on the familiar
woot!

Danggg.

I really want to take the unfamiliar one but my mentor is gonna test me next Fridayyy and I don't want to ruin it by taking the exact same thing (except probably worse) online. Rrrrgh.

92% on the unfamiliar faces one.

97% unfamiliar. sweet

Hmmm, I got 79% unfamiliar and 71% familiar. Guess I'm just below average...

90% for familiar and below 50% for unfamiliar........that's odd

So I took the official test and am three standard deviations below the norm. ^___^ 1st percentile in facial recognition ftw!

I told one of my mentor's grad students about how I'd just found out about prosopagnosia and told all my friends that I thought I had it but they hadn't believed me. And he was like "Well now that you've taken the official test, you can rub it in their faces that you really do have it! If you can find them..."

97% on unfamiliar.
79% on familiar.
