<p>femina, are you coming from a school other than a california community college, uc, or csu? I'm from an out of state four year and that option was there for me too since I first logged into myberkeleyapp a while ago. For those of you who can't see it, the form basically states: "If you completed (or intend to complete) English composition courses at a collegiate institution other than a California Community College, you must submit a questionnaire for each course to determine if the course satisfies the requirement."</p>
<p>If you get that unable to log in message it means you are accepted.</p>
