<p>i applied for the MS program in industrial engineering concenration engineering management for the fall 2011 at UT Knoxville. I am just a bit confused about this program. on their website they mention that the courses for such program are offered off campus and they are video tape? or the courses are offered in UTSI?! how it that this program is offered in UTK then? if someone is already enrolled in knoxville in such a program, please help :)
