Anyone experience a safety having the best "fit"?

There was a rumor I’ve heard that David Letterman endowed his Alma Mater, Ball State, with a scholarship for C-average students. Not sure if it’s true or not.

<p>The scholarship is for a creative student and is given without regard to grades; it is not specifically reserved for C students though that has long been the rumor.</p>
