Not really.

Yup, I can relate to TS.

I studied, socialized and just had a blast towards the end of my freshman year.

Many of my friends are all taking summer classes back on campus and I’m at home.
I enjoy seeing my family but I don’t have a job and the most productive thing I have done is shadow doctors twice a week. Other than that it’s been watching T.V. or sleeping around the house.
I definitely feel unproductive and it’s hard to relate with old HS friends. Though I still try to meet up with them and get out, it’s certainly not the same.

I really think I will stay on campus next summer, but I don’t mind this too much. The whole wasting away being lazy part isn’t fun but I don’t have to constantly study and I have a lot to be happy for. I suppose it’s the little things at home that’s keeping me sane, I don’t miss much else about my hometown. :P
