Anyone filed the TAP?

<p>For those of you in NY, have you filed the TAP? How does it work? Do you only list 1 college?</p>

<p>Im looking at the first page and I listed Columbia, it only shows Columbia Spring and Fall. Columbia Winter and Summer are not available.</p>

<p>I don't get it either. So if you fill it out and get something, but ending going to a school out of state, they just don't give you the money?</p>
