<p>When are they coming out? Are they online apps? I got an email about them a while ago, but someone told me it was a mistake.</p>
<p>I called New Brunswick housing the other day and was told that they hope to have the application available sometime this coming week. Then again, in early February they told me the form would be up by the end of February!</p>
