Well, the past few days I've been seeing people post that they got into Harpur but I have yet to see someone say they got into SOM or the Engineering school. I was j/w because idk if I should just give up hope.

I know one of my friends got rejected to SOM. But I haven't received anything yet.

My son received his acceptance to the School of Engineering this past Saturday.

Me... couple weeks ago.

I know two friends who haven't gotten their decisions yet too though.

Accepted to Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science on January 15. Accepted for Computer Science, but switched to Computer Engineering.

Woops, should have read the title better .. OP was asking for RD decisions! It won't let me edit my post.

my son got into the engineering school for comp sci -got the letter this week...he is still not sure, we haven't visited yet and are waiting for financial aid decisions at some other schools... as for your chances...I am guessing that it all depends on what your major is and what they want... my son had horrible fresh and sophomore grades, but rising grades, fabulous comp sci grades, three summers of digipen institute of tech courses in seattle, and great math, physics and comp sci grades in first semester senior year. We were actually shocked he got in; it means they actually look carefully at kids, think about their trajectory, read the essays, etc; he got rejected at New Paltz...so we were certain he would be rejected.

Wow, I can't believe he was rejected at New Paltz and made Binghamton. That just goes to show how a lot of the college admissions process is ridiculous

no reply from SOm... im scared

Engineering... With an incomplete application (didn't send SAT scores). lol. Yay, I saved $9.50?
