Super stoked that I got into my dream boarding school! I'm going to be attending as a junior (Grade 9). What about you guys?

I’m going as a 9th grader next year

See Y’all there, Maybe we can meet up, Going as a 9th grader in September

Going to be a new upper next year! We should definitely meet up! I’ve been poring over the school calendar for next year, and we have a weekend before the returning students come back. Maybe we can have a get-together sometime then!

Any questions, I am a current 9th grader there. Just stumbled upon this thread.

^^^ @HelloGuy,

 1. Are triples 3 individual rooms + 1 shared common room or 3 people in one room?
 2. Know anything about rowing crew?
 3. Anything that you wish you knew before coming?

Thanks a lot!! :)

There are triples, which are three person rooms, and there are also three room doubles that have one larger room and two smaller sleeping rooms. Crew is pretty popular for both fall and spring time. I wish I had brought a scooter in fall term. A lot of people use them, very popular.

Scooter?

A scooter is a two wheeled vehicle that consists of handbars. You put one foot on the scooter, and you push against the ground with the other.
@ISpy42

That’s not what @ISpy42 meant. They wanted to know why one would need a scooter on campus @mathman1201

I find them uncomfortable when riding against bumpy ground.

My brother and I used to go scooter-ing down the driveway on our knees with the handlebars all the way down. Good times, I tell you. :)
