Anyone going to the celebration tomorrow?

<p>My friends and I are going to head over tomorrow for it and we know parking is going to be crazy because of the Relays and baseball games. Does anyone think if we get there at 4 that we can park in the parking garage near the O'Connell center? Or will it be full or closed off?</p>
