D would like to go to the Princeton admit days (14-16) and Visitas at Harvard (16-18). Anyone else? We are trying to figure out how to get her from one to the other with the least amount of trouble.

Visitas = “you visit” in Spanish.

This should be in the Harvard forum.
b. There is already a thread in the Harvard forum for this.

The easiest thing for her to do is to take the train directly from campus (it’s called the Dinky) to Princeton Junction. From there she’ll take a NJ Transit train to Penn Station in NYC. At Penn Station she’ll be able to take an Amtrak train to Boston.

If you want her to fly, she can take the NJ Transit train directly to the Newark airport and catch a flight from there to Logan in Boston.

I hope your daughter enjoys both events (but enjoys Princeton’s more )

^Thanks Pton, it turns out Harvard and Princeton work together and share the costs of sending admittees to both admitted students days. So, Princeton is arranging for D to fly from our hometown, attend Princeton’s admit days and then will put her on a train to Boston to attend Visitas and send her home when it’s all over. Very impressive organization and teamwork among the two colleges.
